Do you go beyond the ordinary?

Then being an intern at Sweden’s largest communications agency may be the thing for you. When we hire, we look for people who share our philosophy – that what you are capable of goes beyond what your degree tells us. We believe that bringing a bunch of different people with versatile skills together is the foundation of good communication.

As an intern, Prime and United Minds offer you the possibility of not only to take a step into working life while at university, but also to get a foot in the door at one of the communications industry’s most attractive employers.

Internships at Prime or United Minds means working in accordance with the varying needs of our organization, sometimes assigned to a specific team and business unit. Note that all internships must be part of a university program to be considered – graduates make full-time applications here. Interns at Prime & United Minds will work with real-life assignments as part of a highly motivated and friendly team consisting of full-time employees. Working for Prime and United Minds will cultivate a holistic set of transferable skills that drastically improve your employability and which we require from future consultants or analysts. Your internship gives you valuable experience from either one of the communications industry’s top companies or one of the most exciting business intelligence companies in Sweden.

All student recruitment is handled through our recruitment day, which is held bi-annually. This traditionally means that all internship applications are submitted one semester ahead. If you are looking for an internship during the spring semester you need to apply for our recruitment day in the fall, and vice versa.

For all questions, please contact Madelaine Zetterström, Marketing & Recruitment Manager on or +46 (0)70 385 20 79.

The application traditionally consists of:

  • CV
  • Cover letter (including a clear specification of the internship’s time frame).
  • High school & university grades (completed courses)
  • Trend insight
  • Potential university recommendations

Save your application as “Name.Surname”. Applications accepted in both Swedish and English.

Your trend insight should consist of one A4 page where you analyze a trend or issue connected to one of the below:

  • Marketing Communications
  • Public Affairs
  • Corporate Communications
  • Sustainability Affairs
  • Citizen Communications
  • Business Intelligence

Summarize your concept/overarching idea in an emboldened introduction of 2-3 sentences (ca. 70 words). End your trend insight with a couple of points containing key insights that you expanded upon in your piece.

Incomplete applications will not be considered – make sure you spell-check your application before handing it in.
