Markus has worked as an analyst at United Minds since 2008. He likes to think about how organizations can benefit from utilizing data analysis and digital technologies, to innovate and run more efficiently. He spends much of his time developing United Minds’ digital methods and implementing them in client projects.
Between 2009 and 2014, he was responsible for improving the accuracy of United Minds’ election poll, and created the open source initiative Open Opinion where all data from the poll were made public. He has worked with clients such as Ericsson, Electrolux and IKEA.
Markus holds a M.Sc. from Uppsala University with specialization in socio-technical systems and has studied humanities at University College London.
